Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policies

Kidhans' Shipping, Return & Cancellation Policies

  1. Shipping Locations: We ship our products within India only.
  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping methods only. We do not provide express shipping or same-day delivery.
  3. Shipping Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  4. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of the product(s) being shipped, as well as the shipping address provided at the time of checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over Rs. 699.
  1. Return Eligibility: We accept returns of unused products within 7 days of purchase. The product(s) must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the product(s).
  3. Return Refunds: Once we receive the returned product(s), we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  4. Return Shipping Charges: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was received in a damaged or defective condition.

Note: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products such as plush toys or puzzles.

A User is permitted to fully or partially cancel order/s prior to its dispatch from Kidhans, free of cost.

To cancel items that aren’t dispatched yet:

Go to Your Orders.

Select the item you want to cancel and click Cancel items.

*Note: Your order can be cancelled instantly within 2 hours and a refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made.

 If the standard time-frame as mentioned in the above table has expired and you have still not received the refund, please contact your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash but only through online transactions

If your order is already shipped: Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled and return shall be processed based upon the Return policy;

Order Cancelled by Kidhans: Kidhans reserves the right to cancel the order placed by a User, Or Delay The Order on account of events including without limitation insufficient product stock, Force-Majeure Events, inter-alia. In such a situation, the User shall be given 100% refund in case of a pre-paid payment.
